Rooftop Pool & Deck
A rooftop leisure deck and swimming pool finished in travertine, with coping, deck paving and planter surrounds.
Fabrication process
Coping units were fabricated with pencil-round edges and drip detail, and deck paving was calibrated with a slip-resistant finish suited to a wet, high-traffic area.
Challenges
Wet-area safety, drainage falls and neat coping returns around the pool perimeter and steps.
Solution
Copings were shaped to the pool edge and finished for grip, with falls and drainage detail agreed before fabrication.
Outcome
A comfortable, slip-considered deck with clean coping lines around the water.
