Do you own a factory, or are you a trading company?
We are a natural stone sourcing and export partner — not a paper trader, and not tied to a single plant. We source material and coordinate fabrication through a vetted network of quarries and fabrication units across India, overseen by leadership with more than 20 years delivering stone on real projects. That gives you broader material and capacity options than any single factory could offer, with one accountable point of contact from drawings to delivery.
Can you fabricate to our drawings and specifications?
Yes. Send us your drawings and cutting lists and we coordinate cut-to-size, CNC and waterjet fabrication to your exact dimensions, finishes and tolerances. Shop drawings are prepared for your approval before anything is cut, so what installs matches what you specified.
How do I know the stone will match what I approved?
You approve control samples — and photos for larger orders — before production begins, and we batch- or block-match where consistency matters. Every order is inspected against your specification before it is packed, so approval happens in the factory, not after the container arrives.
What happens if material arrives damaged or is not what we ordered?
Orders are inspected before dispatch and packed in foam-lined, strapped timber crates built for sea freight, which keeps transit damage rare. If a genuine transit breakage or a discrepancy does occur, we work with you on replacement or re-fabrication. We agree the exact handling with you in writing before the order is confirmed.
What are your typical lead times?
It depends on stone availability, quantity and fabrication complexity, but most orders move from approved drawings to dispatch within a few weeks. You receive a firm timeline together with your quote, and we keep you updated at every stage.
Which countries do you export to, and who handles shipping and documents?
We coordinate export worldwide, including professional packing, container loading and the export documentation. We can quote on FOB or CIF terms and handle the paperwork so your consignment clears customs smoothly.
